The Adam Block Band is comprised of some of Sacramento’s best talent with Adam Block on guitar, Scott Reams on Keyboards and Saxophone, Jonathan Stoyanoff on electric bass, and Jim Frink on the drums. The band blends a mix of original music with select covers of various styles and genres. The Adam Block Band’s influences come from many musical traditions such as jazz, blues, funk rock and roll and other music from around the world. Most will recognize the influences of Eric Johnson, Frank Gambale, and Jimi Hendrix mixed with intricate bass grooves reminiscent of Jaco Pastorious.
